This build is awesome. Both in scale/interesting, as well as speed. Great Job, looking forward to Water In the Tank! ( s )
Thankyou so much. I'm 1 90° elbow from finishing the plumbing. And then water will start being made. Also I need to set up my mixing towers.
Awesome! So much going on. Can't wait to see it all come together and running.
Thankyou. Very soon.

Alot to update. All plumbing is done. Main tank, sump, refugium, and frag tank are full. The initial dial in of the overflows are done. What a PITA that was. Got the heater running now. Need to fill the small tanks and start making salt. After that is clean the garage up. And get the mixing towers done. Install 2 power strips on the underside. For all of the equiptment. Next to come will be the final equipment list

Looking good. Like the rock work, but will it allow for good drag placement as I don’t see many flat places. However the openness of the aquascape is awesome!

Ammonia was down to .5 today. Just added 2nd dose of ammonium chloride. Also ran a temp auto top off for the new system. And I made 140g of new RO water. Installed the auto shutoff for the rodi system. Also did some maintenance on my 60g holding tank. New GFO, cleaned skimmer, new chemipure, filter pads etc.

Hey everyone. Not much to report. Still cycling. I had a hiccup Ant the ammonia shot up through the roof at over 8ppm. According to an API tester. So not really sure I take that with a grain of salt. It came back down to .5 and then dosed again what should have been like 2ppm is showing 4pom on the ATI. so yeah..... not sure what's going on. Nitrates are through the roof at over 100 on a salifert nitrate kit. Nitrite kit should be here today. Lights are still off. And I just got a seneye for free. Just need to put the new slides in. We will see what that measures for a more accurate reading.

Update. All the ammonia is gone. Nitrite and nitrate are still VERY high. Did 2 20% WC. And started dosing microbacter7 again. Also added chaeto to the refugium as well as turned on my UV. Thinking of starting to run carbon to try and help with a carbon source for the bacteria to thrive on. It has worked for me in the past. Anyone else have any ideas? I'm open for suggestions.

I would suggest you do a little more research or reach out to aquabiomics if that is what you still believe. There is a LOT of bacteria in the water column. Yes, it does colonize surfaces but how do you think it is exposed to the surfaces? OR that aquatic bacteria has no life history stage to disperse to new surfaces.

You asked for suggestions and I offered suggestions. But I am not here to argue with you, but I should point out that science doesn't care about your beliefs. It is what it is.

Sure, add a bottle of nitrobacter to your aquarium water and run your UV.

Not arguing at all. Just conversation. I learned something new today. Also I wouldnt add new bacteria with the UV or skimmer running when first adding.
