[emoji42][emoji42] what happened to the ****** build here?

Been working tirelessly on taking down and transferring my two main systems.

The good news is all that's left to move, is some remnants of the back up, which I will have done this week. I even squeezed in a small "fish" room for the newly condensed display tank upstairs.:) My little 30x30 was plumbed into the main prop system by and odd series of pseudo sumps that were connected to the main sump.

That sump, pictured to the left and some temporary plumbing to the display. As well as with everything up and running a couple months ago. Yikes!

This what it looks like when you add tanks until you can add tanks no more

Adorable new Fish nook. The basement is quite now for the first time in 10 years.

"Back to business" at Battlecorals is literally right around the corner. Then my friends, the sprawling neglect will cease I promise and the pretty pretty corals will be abound!

Congrats on getting the big move done! Hope life settles down and you can enjoy the new "office" and maybe find some time to sit on the new porch with the family too. Just curious, how did you prep the new systems, as far as getting them ready for sticks to survive in?

Is that a similar photo period to what you run for T5's and MH and how high off the water do you run them and would you run them on a 24" tall tank?

For the most part yes. I run them all for roughly 7-9 hours tops.

They are mounted pretty high to get better coverage though 20+ inches. On a smaller tank id probably lower the fixture and dial the intensity down as well. I like to measure par as a general standard at around 600-800 at the water surface just above the water line. Tends to keep a basic consistency through the tanks and various lighting sources.

How deep are the acro's in the prop tanks from the surface?

By my par meter with 800 at water surface I'm getting right around 600 par 6" below water surface. Plus or minus 10-20 par with water motion on the surface

let me know if you have any otter questions at all
How many otters do you keep in your system? Do you need any special permits to keep otters in a home aquarium? :p
