I also feed all those mentioned. I mix everything in with the plexes. I also keep some by itself to mix in. I'm intrigued by the bok Choy. How is it served? How often? I buy all types of different Nori. And feed the caulerpa from the filter as well. What kind of clams do you guys buy?

I get my clams from a Farmers Market that sell fresh seafood and veggie. The bok choy I feed just as something different on occasion attached to Nori clip, tangs love it

Slice in half, Marinate for an hour or two in a combination of soy sauce, fish sauce, and salt and pepper. Then grill on each side for 5 minutes over medium heat!

Yes it is I am not the owner of the tank but it's like my step tank.
