Hello all! I am working on my potential stock list. I know I can't have all of the following fish, so I'm hoping for advice on narrowing it down. I'm also open to alternative suggestions!

Must Haves:
2 Black Storm Clownfish
1 Yellow Watchman Goby

Ideas:
Black Cap Basslet
Gold Assessor
Flasher Wrasse
Fairy Wrasse
Kole Tang
Flame Angel
One Spot Foxface
Ignitus Anthias
Fathead Sunburst Anthias
Firefish

Update: I ended up with a pair of Black Picasso Clowns and a Royal Gramma so far. I definitely want a yellow watchman goby and a flame angel. I’m still undecided on the rest because I’m not sure how much of what will keep me from being overstocked. I like the fox face as well, I’m just worried about how big he will get and if he will be happy in my scape of mostly swim-throughs.

I have a one spot in my 75 and he is happy as a clam. Somewhere around 2.5 years. It is definitely one of my favorite fish, loads af personality, peaceful and mows green stuff with a vengeance! Mine loves the swim throughs. There isn't any gaps in my scape big enough for it to sleep in either, but, like i said, still a healthy active colorful fish. Hope that helps. :)

I think it depends on what size you get the fish as well as if you plan on upgrading eventually. My stock list is probably anti for some people but my fish are juveniles and I plan to upgrade in 2 years.

I’m gonna go over each individual fish:

Clown pair- Great.

Yellow Watchman Goby- Great. Its natural symbiotic relationship is with the Tiger Pistol Shrimp, but can also work with a Randall’s Pistol Shrimp. Randall’s is smaller.

Black Cap Basslet- Great.

Yellow Assessor- Great, but not sure if will get along with the Black Cap. I’d ask.

Flasher Wrasse- Great. Any of them would go into a 75 just fine as they top out at 3-3.5”.

Fairy Wrasse- Great. Many to choose from.

Yellow Eye Kole Tang- A 4ft 75 is the absolute minimum I’d keep a Tang in, and many people do keep the smaller Bristletooth Tangs in 75 gallon tanks. I’d personally be more comfortable putting a Tang, even a Bristletooth, in a 90 (with more width than height), but if it’s your largest fish then it should be fine. An alternative would be the Tomini Tang.

Flame Angel- Great.

One Spot Foxface- Could be OK for a while, but will have to be rehomed.

Ignitus Anthias- These remain small. How many do you plan to have? I’m not sure if they kill each other off like other more aggressive species. I’d ask.

Fathead Sunburst Anthias- Beautiful species. Not sure how it would get along with the Ignitus but shouldn’t be too bad.

Firefish- Add before any aggressive fish, these are extremely timid, IMO almost too timid for many tanks. The Helfrichi, Purple look better than the standard red ones IMO. An alternative would be maybe a pair of Zebra Dartfish.

You’ll need a cover for your tank, preferably with no gaps.

Update: so far I have
2 black Picasso clowns
1 Royal Gramma Basslet
1 Starry Blenny

I would like to add
1 Yellow Watchman Goby / pistol shrimp
1 Flame Angel
1 Melanarius Wrasse
1 smaller tang such as a Tomini

I had also debated a pair of Cardinals or a few chromis, but wasn't sure if this was too many fish. Any suggestions?

I say add them all. None are going to grow big. I’ve got 3 tangs, 2 triggers, coral beaut, valentini puffer, 2 clowns in my 75g. All juvees so you can def get all those. I’m still planning on adding more. Let me add, just make sure you have proper filtration, and enough places for bacteria to grow on. You’ll be fine
