75g to 175g up grade wanting to so sps large tank

Ive been playing in reef tanks for about 4 years now and about to do a upgrade looking for some ideas/suggestions to make this go smoother im upgrading everything and thinking about adding a calcium reactor. Filteration going in basement display tank going about 12ft above in main living room having to do 30g waterchanges every two weeks to keep up with tank. I hate carring that water up stairs so putting everything down there.
