LFS had a Kuiter's leopard wrasse looking like champ with cheap Black Friday pricing.

Ate like a pig immediately after being added to my 25g for conditioning ...

Going to need to plan for a bigger tank in the future

ooo it appears my white spotted pygmy filefish have spawned!

The female was suddenly being aggressive chasing other fish away which she has never done and she was constantly hanging by a patch of macro. Upon closer look, she is tending to a certain spot on the algae. Unfortunately is it is difficult area to see or take pics of.

Tank is one month and 2 days old now.

Nitrate has been 0 and PO4 0.06 since I set it up. I feed heavy but I like macro and it sucks nutrients down.

I saw dino week 2 but had already planned on that and had a UV plumbed into my return. I flipped that on and dino was gone in a few days.

I didn't bother to test or dose the first few weeks so alk was 5.0....no biggy. I been slowly bringing it up... Was 5.6 last I checked. SPS continue to regain color and are even growing which I have no clue how as such a low alk.

Haven't done a water change yet... maybe soon just for some trace elements. I toss some acro power in randomly.

Fish are thriving so far.

White worm culture arrived today.

Tank stand/glass is a bit of a mess, was messing around in it and forgot to put the doors on I am not very good about making my tank pretty and removing the lid or stirring the sand before I video or take pics so you get the nitty gritty reality!

I am going to miss that macro in the DT when I pull it all out and put it in the sump
I have a tuxedo urchin in my 25g that would eat it all when they get moved over.

Working on the tank for HOURS today!! I was tearing down my LPS tank to move everything over here and wanted to go over every rock with a tweezers and peroxide to remove a few pests I know are lurking. So it was very time consuming.

All the macro was moved to the fuge to make room for corals.

I added my potters angel who was very unhappy in the 25g (it was for QT/conditioning). He would pace the glass back and forth like crazy. I am happy to report he is acting normal in the 80g. The more space/rock/caves has settled him down and allows him to peck/feed normal.

I also added my leopard wrasses. My Blue star leopard was feeding immediately after adding and Kuiter's went into hiding for an hour but is out now so that is good. None of the current wrasses are paying any attention to either of them.

Will update with a new FTS in the next few days. I stirred up the sand so it's pretty cloudy.

I also did my first water change, only about 7 gallons worth.
