I have been and will be super busy but, I will try and keep this updated.

I am about to tie in a tank to hold 27 clown fish for a couple months that I am taking to MACNA.

I have the tank setup but not tied into the sump yet. It will make it a no brainer to take care of. Just feeding and cleaning the glass.

You say no brainer until you decide to load that tank up also lol.

BTW I will be harvesting some pods this week and will snag ya a good bit for fish snacks. Thankfully I can take them out of the drums and keep alive in a bucket. This way you may end up with the some young, old and possibly fresh hatched ones once they go into the bottle. It will just be tiger pods though, as the tisbes have not gotten to the point of me not seeing the bottom of the barrel.

I got the transport covered. ;)

The tanks will be setup when I get there and I will bag them up right before I walk out of the door and put them in styro coolers in the rental SUV.

Ordered berghias from reeftown today. Got them in the medium size (8) so we will see if they do any good.

I have 4 large aptasia and don't want it to get any worse.

What was the cost of the nudis and shipping if may be nosy and ask?

I got 8 for $78 including shipping from reefland

Best deal I could find on mediums.
Good deal there for sure. That's over night shipping too?

They breed them by the hundreds and hundreds.

It's like clown fish. I bred them in the 90s. After the first few hundred, you have paid for all the equipment and failures and such. Pretty much you are paying for power, water changes and food after that so the cost per unit is ridiculously low.

To keep a breeding population of berghias, you need a few aptasia and a blender. You keep a tank with live rock that is infested and keep moving the rocks as needed to the breeding tanks.

When you start to run low on aptasia, cut a couple, blend them up and pour into the food tank and they will cover the rocks in no time flat. Feed them the cheapest flake food money can buy.
