Thanks for all the compliments, everyone! July is a special month, because that is when things actually began active growth last year.
Here is just shy of 1 year of growth on Sanjay's party time table. I had to frag it last night; it was getting way too big.
From encrusted frag to 7.5 x 7.5in colony

2 part, yes. About 90 mL/day of each part following Randy's Recipe 1, mixed at 1.25x concentration.

Well, proceed with caution if trying this, as I am experimenting and there are definite hurdles to overcome.

I bet you could color up a dead coral with those PAR numbers.

I think they will slow down now. They're all touching and seem to be more interested in trying to kill each other than growing.

Top left is the Red Photon, my cell just can't capture all those colors from a distance. Top right is the old school Surf & Turf stag.

That is why I never test for par. Most shallow loving sps get blasted on the reef, especially during low tide.

Those numbers are nuts man! Insane high par numbers but the corals look absolutely great.

A year of growth between the pics. This will be the last pic before I remove & redo. The worst part of a small sps tank is that it must,by necessity, be in a constant state of flux.

Hi Kevin, I never made it to CSEA, I was in a bad accident on the way there. I basically haven't left the house since. It'll be a while until I'm comfy driving a car again, I think.
I guess I really should frag the Red Photon soon.

WWC Pink Panther Tenuis. Magnificent color in super high light, but you pay for it with a coral that only grows about an inch a year. In a tiny tank, this isn't really that much of a concern.
