Procrastinating at work so quickly put together the worst example of a coral placement map. Colours match the coral colours I want. This is not to say I will add all of this at once. Just planning for the future.

N = Nepthea sp. (photosynthetic)
BN = Birds nest
F - Fungia
Ric - green ricordea

Purchased a few corals from a farm in Western Australia. Some of their torches are from planula settlement which I thought was pretty cool. So far managing to keep to mostly captive bred fish and corals.

Tank parameters have been pretty stable. Phosphates are on the higher side but the fuge is still settling so hoping that'll sort it out.

Have a really good copepod population which I'm happy about.

Nice! I have the same tank & will follow your progress.

Did you already set up your refugium or just dose the copepods in a bottle?

I’m having trouble deciding which refugium light to get as the hope for the tunze 8831 slowly fades.

Thanks! I've just started following yours and look forward to reading through it.

My fuge is basically locally collected ulva with some live rock and oyster shells. I'm using a cheap but bright planted aquarium LED for the moment but am looking to upgrade in the near future. I'm also looking at options to improve circulation in the fuge chamber.

I used some of my filter media from my nano to seed copepods to the waterbox. The population explosion has been pretty epic. My azure damsels and yellow clown goby are loving the regular snacks.
