Thanks for sharing. I was actually intersted in your dosing regimen and intervals..
I Am full zeovit as well, also somewhat have my own dosing that is diffrent s bit from kz but not by large margins and wanted to be inspired by your dosing regimen.

What nutrient level do you run?
What's your reactor flow rate?
How often to you dose spur?
Have you dealt with cyano before? Common in zeovit as am sure you know

Sorry for the 21 questions am just so excited to have a fellow zeovit here...I am.activw on the the zeovit forums but rarely see zeovit posts or active users on R2R...
I dose spur2 once a week about 70% dosage of my tank volume
I don't run ulns my no3 is 10ppm n po4 0.08
Flow rate is about 400gpm I don't really worry too much about zeolite
I dose zeozyme seam to prevent cyano so I don't have any my rock is very clean no algae. I do have 7 Tang and 4 sea urchin and an army of snail.
I don't follow we exactly according to the zeo guide I dose about 70% of what ever they recommend.
I devide everything to each day or 3 days a week except for zeospur2 once on Sunday

Alk 6.7 to 7.2, ca 410, mag 1290, k+ 400

I do not do the monthly larg zeofood dose, it just look scary but I do the larg weekly BB and AB doses.

how long have you do zeovit? Cyano will appear in the first year but after that then it will die down

First system for 4 years, then I restarted and this one is 8 months old.
For some reason I have seen cyano during 1st, 2nd and third year. Indeed year 4 was smooth sailing but I cannot tell since it was only one year..
I must say thu, no matter how careful I am. I get cyano at month 8 or 9 every time.. now I have small batch started developing and now contemplating what path to take to treat it. Either take rock out (I have it on small mobile rock) or do the dark 48 hours and rowphos path. In the past this is what I use thatbuseually cure the system and give me another year cyano ftee.
How about you? What do you do?
If u run ulns u will get more cyano when I run my no3 n po4 a little higher then it's happening less. Higher flow do help since cyano appears where detritus accumulated the most. Zeozyme dissolve mumb and dirty stuff on your rock therefore help with cyano. Since I dosed zeozyme the cyano have been in check

Btw this is my system details for the zeo tank
-180g dt
-40g sump
-Prs auto zeo reactor(statted with vortex I hated the manual pumping, switched to avast I got high barium in my icp which I think is coming from stons being crushed with vibration) then switched to PRS, japanese reactor that have robotic arm to do the shaking action. Thos reactor come with its dedicated flowmeter (corrente) solid flow meter
- BK double cone( used to have bk mini 200 but did not like its performance so switched to DC..) I wish I had the space for supermarine:(
- return, red dragon rds 100 watt.
- dastaco A2 extrram CArx
- khg for alk monitor
- currently ghl controller(switched recently)
- 3xhydra 52 hd+t5 combo
- DT flow 6 mp40s
Look like your equipment are good to go. Try to run a little higher nutrients no3 10ppm n po4 0.08 and dose zeozyme for a month too see if it improve. In the meantime just manual remove the cyano. However if it's heavy infested then do a treatment of chemiclean I try it before and it doesn't affect the corals nor the bacteria in your tank. I also have 80w of UV light in my system even though zeovit don't recommended.

Wow you go against everything kz say not to do.
You run UV, pohl will flip out
You use chemiclean
You run higher no3
Tell me you do not use GFO cause this will be the lady straw ha ha ha
No gfo since I don't dose 100% of recommend dosage. I run ulns before and I notice the corals can't be dry all of a sudden also more episodes of cyano so I adjust.

Do you increase your no3 po4 through the rector flow? All these strang trends now day they dose po4 and no3 ha ha.
Yeh I have tried chemiclean in the past and I do it in such a way that I do not wipe put my bacteria cause I believe the product has antibiotics though they say it doesnot.
I remove the reactor with its water keep it aside with ariation. I also remove carbon and keep it wet with ariation then after treatment is done I put reactor back and dose zb daily for a week. I jump start the system quick and it works like a charm.
The zeobak n zeostart3 are very good at reducing no3 n po4 more than the rock. I add potassium nitrate through a doser everyday instead of reducing the zeobak n zeostart3. I have a lot of fish so my po4 I don't need to touch it. I like zeo because I can change color of the Coral but by dosing Spurs n b balance will achieve that.

Outstanding corals and the colors really are impressive. I see this tank and then look at my 120 full of hair algae and just shake my head. How’s the frag tank doing? Full yet?
