Acan and anemone not looking the best.

Not sure what is going on but everything looked perfectly fine about an hour ago and now my anemone is doing some weird stuff and my acans look deflated.

It's normal for nems and LPS to inflate/deflate occasionally. Any changes recently to chemistry, lighting or flow?
