Acan, Favia, or what? Brain coral ID

Bought this guy a couple weeks ago for dirt cheap. Had some skeleton showing and bacteria or algae growing off of the edges. Seems tonne getting better now, but IDK what species it is. Was told it is an acan lord, but looks kinda like favia to me.

How do you tell them apart? I can't seem to find good info on this

definitely looks like acan, i had one that was pretty unhappy when i first got it and had a lot of skeleton showing, after a couple days it looked like yours
