How do you get the Apex to recognize a second EB8?

I just hooked everything up and the Apex is controlling both as one. For example if I turn off plug 1 it turns off plug one on both EB8’s.

I’ve tried daisy chain and directly to the apex and get the same results.

You have an aquabus connected to the second aquabus?

Here is a video from Neptune on how to add an additional EB8
Make sure the names of each of the outlets on both EB8s are unique

In your fusion app does something say new tiles? I have 3 eb8s... All the outlets should come up where the extra tiles are at...

Thanks for the video.

For whatever reason my apex isn’t seeing both as separate EB8’s but as one.

I wonder if I delete the one and then try adding them one at a time if that might work.

Also it shouldn’t matter but mine is the 2016 model.

What happens when you rename the outlets of the new one?

Which apex are you using? Jr. By any chance?
Try different aquabus ports and see if it recognizes it in fusion or on the classic dashboard.
Is the eb8 getting power to it ?

Light constant green or flashing yellow?

2016. Both are connected with a consistent orange.

Have you tried updating it?
Unplug the original one and just plug in the new one and check for updates
