So I just started a 210g XXL750 softy tank with angels. A couple of questions if you don’t mind? I have a 3-4” passar (king) a changling emperor 3”, blue Koran maybe 2.5” and a 2-3” xanthrus. I put them all in to the tank from QT at the same time and haven’t had any aggression issues. I purchased a Queen and a French received on 8/30 and they are about ready to come out of QT. They came in much bigger than I ordered, the Queen is probably 7” and the French about 6”. Do you think they will be too aggressive to add to the angels I currently have in the tank?

Hard to say. I have 4 angels in my 750XXL (2 dwarfs, 2 regular) and even though the emperor was originally smaller he quickly became the dominant angelfish. Right now he only bosses the two dwarfs around; the quoy's parrotfish I have in the tank is still king of the heap.

How did it go?
IMHO the french will out grow your tank. they get huge.
I guess we will see. They are doing well at this point, but the Queen seems to get aggressive around feeding time. Chases the French when I put in the nori, but then doesn’t go after the nori. As soon as I add the frozen the queen eats and leaves everyone alone.

Hope she doesn’t put grow the tank, but if so I guess it will be time for one or two bigger tanks.

I’ll try. Not sure it will take my iPhone video. Gonna have to learn how to do a YouTube video. They are in a 3XL900

even better form some reason I thought it was the 750 XL
I have one of those as well. I think I was going to put them in the XXL750 because they were so big, but got positive feedback of adding them with my smaller angels so have it a try and nobody really got beat up.
