I will still have 46 days to go with Fallow. Do I keep a low dose of copper in the tank or water changes to remove all of it?

So in my QT a 9 gallon water change?

Well that depends on the size of the QT, but a water change and running carbon or cupusorb is all you need.

Reading another post of intestinal worms. Does running prazi at the beginning take care of that or should I give prazi and feed food that is soaked in meds?

Prazi isn't good at eradicating intestinal worms. The metro fed so that it's delivered directly to the gut where the problem is, is the best way.
