AI Prime 16HD settings and height for Fluval Sea Evo 5

Hey guys,

I would like to get some ideas on what would be the best height (for the light on the mounting arm) and settings for the AI Prime 16HD on my Fluval Sea Evo 5.
Dimensions of the tank: 17" long x 7"wide x 10" tall
Corals: mushrooms on the bottom, zoas, polyps and candy cane middle height in the tank, torch and hammer slightly above middle tank height (so softies and LPS only)
Fish: 1 clown (maybe another goby in the near future)
