Was looking at new frags I purchased on saturday. Im pretty sure this is aiptasia.. If so should I remove the frag?

You could just remove the Aiptasia. I’d cut off a chunk of whatever it’s grown to rock/skeleton/frag plug. That way you’re not out the Frag. Or you could dip it in coral Rx or some other coral dip. I just don’t like to chance it so I cut away some of what it’s growing to so you get all of the foot too. Another option would be to submerge it in super hot water and it’ll let go. Not sure if they leave a part of their foot behind when this happens though like in other scenarios. Although that could be a disaster if you dropped the whole frag in the water.

Thank you. I did dip all my frags in aquaforest protect dip before I put them into my tank.... I try to be as responsible as I can but I am still learning I believe I will try to take a small piece of the skeleton off.

I was going to say if it’s a euphyllia then to be careful depending on where on how close to the tissue it is. But it looks like there’s a good amount of skeleton there
