i don’t know what kind or algae is in my tank i have been performing weekly water changes on my 15 gallon for 4 months now, i remove the algae and it come right back the next day, i tried a blackout, but it stressed out my corals, please help

Dinos dinos dinos. They’ll pop up when your tank is too clean. I’d test your water parameters and stop doing water changes if your nitrates are below 5ppm.

Its film algae similar to detrious or diatom film and likely coming from two sources:
Your white light intensity is a little bright . . reduce a little if you can. Your main issue for having this is: YOUR TANK IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF A WINDOW AND WITH SHADES CLOSED STILL GETTING INDIRECT LIGHT.
Simply go to school section walmart and get blue or black construction paper (.92cents)and place on back of tank to further filter the light and give you a nice colored background

i have blackout film under the shades, i bought them when i set the tank up i haven’t had problems
