Will boiling the rock kill all the algae and aptasia from this rock?

I highly recommend against ever boiling live rock. It can make you really sick. Muriatic acid or bleach is a better option if you want to kill everything on it

That will probably work, but not as well as bleach or acid. After the vinegar soak I'd scrub it, rinse it, and let it dry for a week
