Algae growing out of sand, up glass?

Assuming this is some type of algae? Popped up overnight.

Can’t open image but sounds like hair algae or bryopsis. Reduce white light intensity, remove with scraper and add cleaner crew such as astrea-turbo- cerith- nassarius and trochus snails
