Could really use some assistance identifying and eradicating this algae.

January dosed fluconazole and it seemed to knock things back much slower than the anticipated 10 days. Was left for more than 30 days no skimmer or water changes.

Same algae returned and continued to take off early March. I'm about 14 days into flucanozole again. It seems to change the color from a deep green to light/white green.

I baste daily and use a powerhead to try and blast algae from the rocks. Socks collect algae and I remove it.

I put some cheato in sump in an attempt to out compete the display algae.

Appears that debris/cyano collects in the algae. It forms almost tufts of turf that can be removed with relative ease but vines appear to remain.

Seems like there are cloves in some places similar to caulerpa nummularia.

Seems to be unaffected by long term light deprivation as bits in my sump remain dark green.

Hermits seem to eat it but I only have 2 in my sump because they eat my snails.

Potentially some cladophoropsis?

I think I've ruled out bryopsis due to the flucanozole treatments and lack of distinguishable fans.

Any ideas?
