Cut back the lighting hours and reduce nutrient imput and add more flow ~A few things you can do.

Its a 3 month old tank. How long shoulf i have my lights on a day and i feed them 3 times a day. Is that too much

Yes you need to cut down on your feeding. Also you need to test water for nitrates and phosphates. Let us know your test results.

Nitrates fine phosphates a little high.dont mess with your lights.adjust feeding use macro algae to out compete
