Alk test ok cal and mag off

Alk test matches close to trident cal says 570 trident other 3 tests 480 mag trident 1274 other 2 test + pet shop did one all came around 1450. Just did all reagent change and calibrated. Anyone have trouble with this. I am at my wits end. Here is 12 noon tests.

I had a similar problem a while back. The cuvette (mixing chamber) was dirty. The readings are based on a light sensor, so if it's dirty readings would be off. I removed the cover and cleaned with a cue tip.

Another possibility is you have a loose tube connection to one or more of the reagents. Look at the cuvette while the tests are running. If you see air bubbles mixing, you are drawing in air.
