What kind of pod is this? These and tisbe seem to be dominating my tank.

O ok haha. I'm guessing they're good food as well? Started a refugium about two months ago and it's crazy how my pod population exploded

Hard to believe they used to creep me out. Now I feed them and hope for more.

I had the typical "what the heck are these things in my tank" reaction when I first started the hobby. After discovering pods are good, I've been trying to figure out how to get more without them constantly dying off.

Fortunately, my latest tank is big enough where I think I have so much live rock and food sources they're pretty self sufficient, but if I'm low I just add phyto feast and voila, numbers skyrocket.

If you are interested in more of these guys (Amphipods) we currently have them on sale however, from what i read your population seems to be sustaining itself pretty well.
