We have a 9 year window to get our kids through school here so it's going to be fun!! Oh and worse case I rent the concrete saw for a day, cut the walls, fold them into the hole...pour the new floor over the top, pad, carpet and we are out of here!!

It will have all the right filtration and I will keep up on the cleaning schedule with help from my kids (who can’t wait to swim in it) Yes, I have a collection of large tangs growing up in the holding systems!! Can’t wait to let them explore the big tank when it’s done!!
