I have dealt with a very similar situation though on a much lesser scale ($). Over a year went by and every few weeks I would hear that progress has been made but there is this/that holdup. Finally, I just said that too much time had passed and I needed a refund... keep whatever gear you have. After that I didn't have that constant knot in my stomach and I went with a different option (also for my reef, of course!). Sorry you are dealing with this but hopefully you can sort it out asap and move forward!
Thanks for sharing and for your support! I’ll keep trying for now.

I have asked for my money back 4 times. I usually hear from him at that point with a promise for some progress.

106.75"L x 103.5W x 90"H - internal dimensions with the Hammerhead Gold running.

4305 gallons inside show tank.

Could raise some when I get the second Hammerhead Gold running. We will see.

(I also have room to adjust the overflow standpipes up another 6" or down 6" if needed)

Bill returned my call yesterday! Had a good conversation and hopefully will have some gear coming soon.

I really hope that whatever he sends you far supercedes your expectations. Given your patience with him, you definitely deserve it!

No, I don't think I did... Good news is that he may be having some summertime help start up soon so that would be good for catching up on all those orders...
I really hope he is being straight with you..ie not continuing to say things to drag out more time, because you are clearly a very nice person.

Here are some pictures of the back of the tank and temporary set up!

I sent these to Bill so he can get an idea of what we are working with… drains are not glued so the weight of the pipes are on the buckets keeping them wedged in so they don't come undone... fingers crossed

Ran a 1” clean water line that is fed by my large carbon filter but not the water softener. (great for filling the tank fast and water changes for FW)

This is the second time running pipe and wires for my apex over the hallway! (You can see the patched holes for the first round for the 720gal) LOL

Also ran the 1/2” pipe for the heat exchanger loop. Should have the heat exchanger rolling tomorrow with the temporary coil until I get my gear from Bill Wann.
