If your not concerned with a hosting nem then a good suggestion for a newish tank would be a caribbean rock flower nem. They are colorful, easy to keep, stay reasonably sized and rarely move once established. They do however require fairly strong lighting(just like any other nem would) so I assume you have this covered.

IMG_2083.JPG If you want a nem for your clowns wait a year and add a rose bubble or rainbow bubble anemone. I attached a pic of my rainbow bubble for reference

When you say cheap anemone, how much do you plan on spending. A rose bubble tip will run around $40-$100 depending on the color saturation and size. A rainbow bubble like the one pictured above can be anywhere from $60 - $500+. Your lfs is the best place to buy a bubble tip nem in my opinion. Cherry corals also has some nice ones from time to time but some can be on the more expensive side.

For one like that, a full size would be in the 80-100 range and a small would be roughly 50-60, at least that's what I paid for them lol

For starters mine like high light and flow. I keep my parameters as such:
SG: 1.025
dkh: 8.4
Cal: 420
Nitrates: 2ppm
Nitrites and NH4: 0
Phosphates: 0.01
Ph: 8.2
Temp: 78

I dose Red Sea coral colors every other day and do weekly 10 gallon water changes (150 gal tank). I feed them at least once a week with reef roids, reef chili, or phyto feast.

You need to choose an Anemone that will actually host your clown. For ocellaris clowns, your choices for Host Anemones: Magnificent Sea Anemone (Heteractis magnifica) Giant Carpet Sea Anemone (Stichodactyla gigantea), Merten's Carpet Sea Anemone (S. mertensii) May adapt to Bubble Tip Anemone (Entacmaea quadricolor) in aquariums.
