I finished my scape and moved it to the tank. Tank is all plumbed. No leaks by some miracle!

I added Dr. Tim’s plus ammonium chloride last night.

I started attaching some of my equipment. I’m thrilled with how things look so far—big thanks to you all for all the info and answered questions! What a fun bacterial culture I now have!

I think softies mainly, possibly some LPS and SpS. The right side is too high, right?

It’s been a while since I’ve updated. Added 20lbs live rock from Dan at Gulf live rock. Been running the lights at 35-40% max intensity. Lots of hitchhikers. 2 small batches of CUC from ReefCleaners. Assorted snails, a few blue and red leg hermits. 2 peppermint shrimp, lots of pods. Feeding some Omega one frozen super carnivore daily (maybe 1/5-1/4 cube per day). Everything seems to be thriving.

It’s been a few months, things still looking great. After my new lid from TopLids arrives in the next few days, I will add the first fish, a Biota Rainsford Goby that have been in a 20g quarantine tank for 6 weeks.
