Hello Reefers
how are you
this is my first time doing a build here by my self
so i have couple of tanks before and i have lot and lot of frags
i love collecting frags
so i decided to make a new tank for frags

i have already redsea reefer 250 connecting to it a 30g frag tank and its full
so i am making this new tank for frag as well and i might connect all the tanks together in one sump

so lets have some details about the tank i am building
it is going to be a glass tank
dimensions is
150cm*60cm*35cm (~59in*23.6in*13.7in )
it will be 10mm glass thickness
for the overflow i will make it external overflow box
in one of the side the glass will be down about 2-3cm so the water flow to the box

for the stand i was looking around and was going to use steal on it
then i change it to stainless steel
it is under making it should be finish in 2 days i got the idea from this photo i am making exact same and i will add wood in top
z-dS5siAS9aWlNFJmi1_dg.png

but i have a quotations : should i add legs to it ? or i don't need it ?

for the sump still i have no idea how i will make it
i want something big so later on i can connect the 3 tanks together

this is an overview of what i want to make
i will share some photo very soon

please give me some feedback as i will need it :D

Looking good! Did you build the tank yourself or have it built by someone? It looks like you've got a really nice setup planned.

so today i went to pick up my stand
and its turn out amazing
in the top i will add a sheet of wood and lucky me its all next to each other
so i picked the stand and here is it
IMG_7545.jpeg

after that i went to cut the wood and pick it up
IMG_7546.jpeg

i was going with the painted wood to handle water
but its not important to me its only to level the tank so i went with small one

i will share some photo of the tank with the stand today as well after i set it up

everything was going great
after 1 day i transferred everything from the small tank on the corner to the frag system both are also connecting to the same sump as will show you in the next
here is after transferring them

good morning everyone
hope you are doing great
here i am back with some story on my tank

there will be lot of photo
1 photo better than 1000 word :D

so let go to it

i know that i will use lot and lot of salt and i have the option to use sea water but i keep it for later for larger project
for now i went with Instant Ocean
the problem is i am from Saudi Arabia and its so hard to get anything for saltwater aquariums so i managed to get +50 bucket of salt and gave my friend some and keep the other for me and for anyone with reef aquarium who need
1616625705495.jpeg

for now i will keep using it but i am planing to change to TM later on

ok now back to the tank
i found more photo of the way i was going to do the pipe
i was going to do 3 return pumps so i can have 0 noise
here is some photo of the way i plan to do it
