Hi and #WelcometoR2R

I was thinking either lympho or bacteria infection under the skin. I would try a mix of Furan-2, Kanaplex, and Metroplex. Is he new, or. has anything new been added to the tank lately?

May be a cyst (possibly from injury). See how it looks tomorrow. If you have melafix, it may respond to it

Can you post a new pic? As vetteguy said, it may be a cyst, and it probably ruptured. Do you have a medical tank you could move it to?

It’s difficult to say without seeing it (even seeing doesn’t always help!). Because of the risk to other animals, I can’t suggest that you treat your main tank. Now that it has ruptured, it may be able to heal on its own.
