Any idea what is wrong with my Aquatop Heater?

I tried turning off my heater earlier when doing a water change and must have hit some strange button that I wasn't supposed to hit. It's been doing this ever since. Any idea what's wrong? I searched aquatop's manual and found nothing.

hi have you tried leaving un plugged for an hour ,and restart?? also not familiar, but is there a pinhole reset port?
