Hi Everyone! Looking for some help. There is this long white/translucent wormy thing that comes out only at night on the glass. He can get up to about 4 inches or shrink into a small circle. He moves pretty fast.
Any one have any idea? Should I just leave him or remove?

Yes, that's a polyclad flatworm. As an example, look up Prosthiostomum siphunculus. I'm not saying this is the species, as there are tonnes and a lot of them require an expert ID, but it can serve as an example.

Thanks guys! I just ran over and was able to find him and suction him out. Thanks for the help! I had lost 3 snails and now I'm wondering if it was that was why.
