Not dragon's breath, branching pattern is very different. Could be a lot of different things (I studied phycology for a while) it could be a gracilaria (not the wirey one that is often sold, but another species in the same genus). Another thought could be Fauchea. But in general IDing small pieces of macro is very difficult because you don't have the whole thing there (imagine trying to ID a car model from a single headlight). Either way it's not going to take over your tank and will probably end up looking very nice. Hope that helps :)
