Most likely not. My Ceriths lay eggs prolifically and if my blenny doesn't get them (literally pulls them off the glass in one string and carries them around the tank trying to eat them lol), my nassarius snails will climb the glass and eat them.

If they hatch they have planktonic larval stage (veligers) that will be consumed by filter feeders. Separating the veligers and placing them in a kreisel system may give them a chance.
