Anyone know what type of slug this is and is it bad? My local fish store said it’s good

good for what? IMO it won't last long in a tank...also may be picked on by fish in your tank.

Why won’t it last all i have is two clown fish doubt they’ll mess with him they usually do their own thing

Nudibranches have specific dietary requirements - each type of nudi only eats a specific thing.

This is why they are hard to keep in our tanks. Do they have a name of what type they ordered it in as? That would help greatly.

If you research sea slugs you should find info that they are short lived creatures...I prefer not to buy livestock that won't last a year or LONGER

Yeah lol thats a Phyllida. Gorgeous creatures but impossible to keep alive since they eat only one species of sponge per species (and we aren't even sure which ones). @Kamden Uelton
