Any submerged pumps under $100 that have an auto turn off if it runs dry?

I am looking to extent my sump but need a pump that will turn off if it starts running dry (emergencies). Are there any recommendations?

I do not know of a return pump around that price range with auto shut off for water level. But I do know of these things. I have a few and they work great.

My Jebao DCT-4000 says it has run dry protection. Luckily I haven't had to test it yet.

I use a Jebao DCT pump and it claims that it has dry protection, just like someone mentioned it above. It is amazing for a budget pump!

The jebao pumps do, and a lot of the other chinese pumps (that are probably jebao anyways) do.

I just got this new Fluval pump 2 days ago but right away, it made a big difference! The noise level is so low that it's silent when the cabinet doors are closed. So far, I am very happy with it.
