whoa.. that's definitely a lot of money for that fish... they normally go around $70-$100 for males.. females are a bit cheaper..

Beautiful fishies!

Jeez, for $200 I'd buy him online- even after shipping you would still be saving like $75 or more... most places sell for $50-60 I think.

Beautiful wrasses Marvin! How big is that Golden Rhomboid? Do they stay fairly small?

He was a 3.5"

man that fish was georgeous... sold him to Wayne but didn't make it... it was doing fine until it was pounded by the penductors.. from what I understood, there was too much flow and he got too close, broke his bone and just floated away.. :(

they can get up to 4" to 5" in the aquarium.. but I've never seen them bigger than 4" advertised...

hope to get either a pair or harem in the future..

I really like the lunar wrasses, even though they are fairly common now in lfs.

I had a big one in college that had sooo much personality. Would come and swim back and forth in the front glass of the tank like it was dancing if you turned the music up for him.

yeah, i remember that one (if we are thinking of the same store).

that store also got some other interesting wrasses in. ever heard of lunar wrasses? i think they were blue and black, and supposedly ate flat worms, red bugs, and nudis (supposedly)

Wow, nice looking fish though. Wish I had known, I'd have bought him from him if he was willing to ship. That's my favorite kind of wrasse.

Sucks wicked bad that it killed his poor little clown. :(

that fish will kill all your snails and hermits, as well as any smaller fish it can fit in its mouth

Hehehehe, yeah it will! I want to get one again for the FOWLR tank. I think it's one of the few small fish I can get that the panther wouldn't totally demoralize... LOL
