Anybody know when I can buy a REAL yellow tang again after ban lifted?

While I have 2 wild caught yellow tangs, including one almost 25 years old I think the ban should continue. Why remove these fish from the wild when they can be captive bred. My buddy has one that is captive and is very vibrant.
To many of these fish die just for a few to live several years when lucky in a aquarium and while I'm guilty of keeping them I will never buy another wild fish again. The only reason I still have a tank is I don't want to sell my fish just for someone else to kill them so I will keep my tank as long as they're still swimming.
