I did some more thorough testing today. I tested all six of my adapter cables in every possible combination of 0-10v, on all three Tunze controllers.

Only two cables worked. They worked regardless of the 0-10v or Tunze Controller.

These again are the working ones. They are identical in wire color and solder points.

Is the continuity to the same pins as the woking cable?

No. Being opposite solder points, they are reading on opposite pins.

The one odd ball cable with solder points identical to the working cables does show continuity to the same pin. But again, it does not work.

I wonder if cables for a different model pump got mixed up when they were being packaged. I would not expect the ones that are wired differently to work.

I didn't think any other pumps used the same DIN connection that Tunze does.
I don't know for sure. I have never used a Tunze pump but the DIN connector is very popular in Europe. I see lots of European equipment with DIN connectors. It is not that popular hear in the states though.

Each pin should be numbered, just make sure the wire is going to the same number on the other end, in most cases, it will be opposite of the other end or “mirrored” (male/female). If you’re showing a connection on any pin that’s not soldered, the whole plug will not work, it should show open or capacitance.

I’m not an electrician but it looks to me that all three of these cables are wired differently.
I actually have another that is soldered on the "correct side", but wires are opposite. Neither of these work.

Why are the colors of the wires switched here? Shouldn’t they be identical in contact points and wire color? I think Hydros needs to get involved here. Have you opened a support ticket? I’m going to refer them to this thread if that is okay with you. Also have you tried re-soldering those cables?

Here’s the pinout for reference. Just scanning through some of the earlier images of the connectors, I’m not impressed with the overall solder job from the factory, It’s subpar at best.

Michael asked me to measure the length of my working cables. After sending him that information (just under 6’, 71 3/4” to be exact) I also measured the longer non-working ones (just under 12’) he responded with this.
“Thank you for the information. I think what I'm going to do is have replacement parts send you a return shipping label for the long ones that don't work and we will send you some new ones . You will hear from them next as this ticket progresses up the chain. :)

I asked CoralVue how they knew if the new, new cables they are sending work. This was the response.

“We had a change in our Manufacturing process. It wasn't a good one. We have since reverted back to the previous process. You were not alone , we have recently had other customers with similar situations.”

Thanks for the update. I am admittedly still skeptical of the ones they are sending me, but that give me more hope.
