Anyone able to help figure out what’s wrong with my clown?

I don’t see any signs of brook or ick. He’s been swimming at the top of the tank with no appetite, I have him in a qt hospital tank now.

In the video I see upper dorsal damage what looks to be from aggression and also stringy poop. Before assuming internal parasite, are you feeding it mysis or brine shrimp or both ?
Any other clowns or aggressors in the tank that may be intimidating it ?

What is age of tank and current ammonia-nitrate-salinity and ph levels?
What test kit(s) are you using?
What treatment if any are you using in the qt tank?

I feed pellets and reef frenzy, I have another clown in the tank that’s bigger than him and they will hang out occasionally without too much aggression. sechem drip tests and api dip sticks. Salinity is .025, ph 8.2, nitrate and nitrite undetectable and same with ammonia.

You are LIKELY getting false readings with those strips. API especially is notorious for false readings

These, ammonia badge and multi strips work for frsh and saltwater and less than accurate. They are all unreliable hence the very low cost
