Hi all, Martin here from the UK. I was wondering if anyone fancied giving my idea a go to try and graft 2 different coloured mushrooms together from the same type? I've read multiple threads over the last few years on here about how difficult it is because the mushrooms just regrow as separate mushrooms when you try to stick them together on a frag plug so I've been trying to figure out a way of ensuring that the 2 mouths stay touching no matter what the flow and no glue needed.
I've done a demo of my idea using paper to show you how it could work.
My idea is to make a small slit across one of the mushrooms mouth and then on the other mushroom make 2 slits from opposite sides towards the mouth but not right through. You then push this mushroom through the slit on the other one then twist it so the two slits are inside of the other mushroom and then the mushrooms can't come apart and the mouths are touching . Hopefully once you see the pictures it makes sense. Lol
Let me know your thoughts?
