OK - my LFS is stumped on this one (the owner has been reefing for over 40 years and even he's not completely sure!)

Its only on 2 pieces of SPS, I can pull it off with tweezers, I did have some hair algae in the sump that came over with some rock from an old tank that I flucanzoled (hair algae is nuked, but this is still there). Tangs aren't interested in it and usually apart from cyano if its algae they nail it - its a large tank and there's 6 of them in there, no-one of the snails or anything like green emeralds or hermits are touching it either

Any ideas?!

Thanks in advance

(if the video clips don't work - I've put them in dropbox as well: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6yxooldc6plv0nx/AABRduBLxQJOpa9JPzA0oeLPa?dl=0 )
