Anyone have an algae reactor/varios 6s for sale?

In need of a varios 6s (skimmer pump, not return) and a algae reactor, both products have been out of stock on the sites I can order from for months. If anyone has either for sale I'd be very interested. Would buy a pax bellum used, but will not buy a new one.
