I noticed after killing off my Aiptasia and using F-Aiptasia, my PH spiked to well over 9.3 and damaged my Sea Cucumber. While adding the F-Antasia I noticed that a little sprinkle had gotten onto my SeaCucumber. Now by his head and near his mouth it is turning white.
I’ve had him for a good 8 years and this is the first time I have ever had any issues with him.
I did a good water change to bring down the PH to 8.4 and kept the lights off today. He did move to the bottom of the tank today which is a plus. My question is does anyone know what’s really inside of F-Antasia that would make him lose his outside coating? Thanks Joe

I was under the impression that the active ingredient is calcium hydroxide. Could be wrong.

Thanks for the reply. I googled searched it before what ingredient is in F-Aiptasia and I couldn’t find anything. Now if you add Calcium Hydroxide and Aiptasia to the search it says that the compound is used…
