Hard to tell from the pic, are you able to remove it from the tank? Maybe you could stick it in a white container or something?

It shrinks into the crevice of the rock anytime it is touched

It’s fully stuck to the rock which makes me think Anenome. If it’s not something invasive I don’t want to remove it

It looks like a baby rock flower anemone! It’s hard to tell from the pictures but definitely could be.

I had two rock anenome's in the tank and lost track of them when I had to scrub my rocks several months ago due to an algae outbreak

I had two rock anenome's in the tank and lost track of them when I had to scrub my rocks several months ago due to an algae outbreak

Then I’m definitely thinking that’s what this is. I had a baby one not too long ago that looked very similar but mine was red.

Thanks for your help. I'll leave it alone then and continue to monitor
