I agree from my research also.
Plus the one I had kept the algae at bay...now that it passed away I've had a battle on my hands with the algae...but on the other hand it picked on ALL my other fish in the tank

Pygmy angels are the family favorites in my house. With a 125 display, I have only managed to keep 2 at a time and the three year survivors are Coral Beauty and Potters. Over 8 years, I've tried and lost 3 Lemon peels. Even if they were the first angels introduced. Maybe just bad luck.

As to reef safe, I agree with the masses: sometimes. Mine prefer devouring expensive designer zoas, especially Rastas, and Yellow Brick Road.
