Im looking to upgrade my 135 6' tank...I borrowed a par meter and was really disapointed in the readings i was getting..(current USA 3x250w). So i started pricing 400w set up for a 300gl..all i can say is Cha-Ching $$$

I LOVE the look of LED's..Just wondering if anyone is running them on a Big tank as there main source of lighting?? Pics would be nice, also reviews..

I would LOVE to see pics of LED Full tank shots!

Do they still make colors POP like powerbrites?

Emoney - these are similar to the ones that Luke is selling BUT THEY ARE NOT LUKE'S (nothing bad with Luke's fixtures at all, just being perfectly clear that these are not what you get when you buy from Luke). They are each 120w fixtures. 120 individual 1w bridgelux diodes. There are 3 panels in each fixture. 2 of them are white and one is blue. Most of those shots are blue only shots just because they look awesome. The last shot is a full lighting shot that shows, very closely in my opinion, what my tank looks like in person.

These pictures were also taken before I cleaned the glass so that's why there is that hazy appearance on the front. I know, I'm a lazy reefer. What can I say?

I am currently running GHL Mitras Lightbar 2’s on a 6ft tank. (approx 63 inches long and 4 inches wide for each light) and love the results no shadows or dark spots anywhere on the tank, and the growth has been oustanding.

I am running 2 deep antics and 1 antic on the tank.

I am currently getting at 80% power a par reading of 125 on the sand bed to just shy of 350 on the top of the tank.

That is running them approx 9 inches above the water line.

This was before I installed the 3rd one.

Lights are ramping down but yes they can make the coral pop :)
