I have a green slimmer and love it. Would love to have it grow next to different color slimers, but haven't found any.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?? Thanks.

Green slimer is just green acropora. There's plenty of different acroporas in shades of reds and purples and you'll find them in blue also.

Buyer beware though, the green is pretty well the only acropora that is even a little bit forgiving of sloppy water parameters.

I am looking for similar staghorn type of colors that have the same growth pattern as a green slimmer. I have kept acros before, but prefer lagoon look (softies, lps, monti-capsand few big colonies of staghorn and maybe a milli in the mix)

Torts are pretty, but different growth pattern and grow slow. I think staghorns are the best fit. I like them chunky like the green slimmer.

I didn't mean that your water was high po4 lol. But yeah it is true that high po4 will turn almost all acro green. Mine was .8 last I checked which is low for me and color is coming back after a summer of ignoring them. Thats not a typo I meant .8 not .08 so theres that. I also could tell it was lower than norm as over 1.0 they begin to go green. I'm sure there are other factor in that though like elements we don't test for.
