Hi

Apex is sending these alarms through out the day. Is there a way to reduce it or only notify me when there is something out of parameters?

FRM:Apex Fusion
SUBJ:Apex Fusion Alarm: Balbina
MSG:Status: ON
Statement: Alarm is off
Date: 2022-05-14 10:15:43 -0700

if you have an alarm, that means something was already outside of parameters. its the only reason why you would have that alarm. check the alarm settings for all of the parameters. there would have to be something that is causing it to be sent

It is just letting me know the alarm is off.

If i get other messages that would say something out of range the statement : would reflect

Can you screen shot your alarm alert configuration?

Do you perhaps have your EmailAlm_I5 outlet set to ON instead of AUTO? If so that's your problem. You want it in AUTO.

I would also still add those two Defer statements anyway even though they won't fix this specific problem, they will prevent other future problems.
