Apex FMM for reservoir refill - with solenoid

I've setup an FMM with a lo and hi sensor in my 65 gallon fresh water barrel. My hope is that if the barrel gets to ~30 gallons (where the bottom sensor is) it will open the solenoid and run my RODI until the hi sensor is closed. Right now, the lo sensor is acting like ATO and turning on/off only based on the open/close of the lo sensor. My code is below; please help!

Just remove the Set OFF command. That command becomes the only True condition when the water is above the low sensor but has not yet reached the upper sensor, so it shuts off the solenoid prematurely.
